J22
The J22 class does not have an executive in Atlantic Canada nor is there a J22regatta schedule. There are, however, more than a dozen 22s in the region, including five available for rent at the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron at 376 Purcell’s Cove Road on the Northwest Arm in Halifax. J22s are can be rented by RNSYS members for daysailing on the Arm and Halifax Harbour, and for racing on Wednesday nights and weekend regattas. The 22s are also used for club events such as Match Racing and the RNSYS Club Championship, as well as for inter-club events, most notably the Nova Scotia Womens Keelboat Championship.
